ProAcryl Skadis paint rack (sections of 4 and 5)

Tried using Matt's Skadis paint rack (inspired by Wingman's) to fill the portable paint caddy I've been building in a VATTENKAR, but found the 7 wide sections were too narrow to fill the space, and too wide to let anything else go to the side of them. So I cut apart the model in PrusaSlicer into segments of 4 and 5 to create rows of 8 (A) and 9 (B) which perfectly fill the space in the organizer.

Instructions:

Print both halves of each row (A-left, A-right, etc) and place the A-rows on the Skadis rows with 8 pegs, and B-rows on the Skadis rows with 7 pegs, 3 vertical pegs apart. Locks are recommended, to prevent rows from falling out in transit.

Print vertically, with paint on supports only on the tip of the hook.

• An A-row consists of 2 segments of 4 (the one labeled A on the right).
• A B-row consists of a segment of 4 and a segment of 5 (the segment of 4 labeled B on the right).

An A row will fit on the bottom most, 8 wide row, so I would recommend starting from there and working up. Doing this, the pegboard will be able to fit 3 A-rows and 2 B-rows, for a total of 42 paint bottles on a side. You can also shift one row up to fit 3 B rows and 2 A-rows, for a total of 43, but with less space above the paint and a somewhat useless area below.

I also recommend using the side with the taller wall, to make and brushes more accessible on the other side with the shorter wall.

Note that this model cannot be tiled beyond the rows of 8 and 9, however, it is possible to use the segments of 4 and 5 at each end of rows of 7 if multiples of 7 don't quite fit your space. You must use A with A, and B with B if doing this and place the segments of 4 and 5 at their labeled positions (right or left) of the entire row.

Future improvements:

Since this rack is designed for the VATTENKAR , which has a double sided Skadis, it would be nice if the flat backs on these paint holders had clearance slots to allow for hooks to come through from the back and not get blocked. However, doing this with the STL directly seemed error prone.
