Creality V3-S1 camera mount

I designed this bracket to mount the Creality Nebula camera onto the X-axis belt tensioner cover without making any modifications to either the cover or the camera. The camera slides securely into the mounting bracket, utilizing the groove in the camera base. Then, the tensioner mounting bracket snaps firmly onto the tensioner cover.

Instructions for Mounting the Creality Nebula Camera:

Print the Parts

• 1 tensioner bracket.stl
• 1 camera bracket.stl

Hardware

• 1 M3x0.5 heat set threaded insert.
• 1 M3x0.5, 8mm long screw.

Assembly

• Insert the M3x0.5 heat set threaded insert into the tensioner bracket
• Secure the camera bracket to the tensioner bracket with the M3x0.5, 8mm long screw. (make sure the screw does not protrude past the inside of the tensioner bracket)

Attach the Camera to the Bracket

• Slide the Creality Nebula camera into the camera bracket, ensuring the mounting groove in the camera base aligns correctly with the bracket.

Install the Bracket onto the Tensioner Cover

• Snap the tensioner mounting bracket firmly onto the X-axis belt tensioner cover.

Adjust Camera Orientation

• Mount the camera upright or inverted based on your preference. Adjust the sliding bracket as necessary to get the image alignment you like.
• Ensure there is enough slack in the camera cord to accommodate up and down movement of the Z-axis.

Your Creality Nebula camera is now securely mounted and ready for use!
