XT30 XT60 XT90 Solder Assistant

Files for the XT30, XT60 and XT90 are now here….

EDIT: 8/10/22   Created the parts with raised letters.  Mark them with a felt pen to make them easy to stand out. 

I got tired of fighting to keep the plug and wires in place while soldering everything together so I created this little holder to help.  

When I do my soldering I always keep the male and female together in case things get a bit hot.  That way the pins always stay in place and don't shift.  The plug just slides into the box and either or end will fit in nicely.   You can temporarily tape your mount and battery in place to prevent movement and once done simply peel the tape off and remove your assembled part.

NOTE: The XT-6 plug named “ XT60 Solder Assistant W_Shroud ”  is a bit oversized to allow it to be used with the plug that has a plastic wire protector.  It will work with the regular non-shrouded plugs as well.

I printed it with generic PLA @ 15% infill.  Support is not required
