Wurth Flashlight Switch Holder – DIY Repair

If your Wurth flashlight no longer keeps the light on with the original button, this DIY solution allows you to fix it easily and effectively.

I designed a switch holder, consisting of two pieces, that allows you to secure an alternative switch in place of the original system. The two pieces are joined using small nails heated with a lighter, ensuring a solid structure without the need for screws or glue.

🔧 Printing and Assembly Instructions:

• Recommended Material: PLA.
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a good balance between detail and print speed.
• Infill: 60% for increased strength.
• Supports: Not required.
• File Preparation: Before printing, split the model into its two separate components for proper printing.

• Assembly: Insert the switch into the holder and secure the two pieces together using heated nails.
