Laser cut mini house

i made this model as a school project, because i want to learn something new. This model is made with zero tolerances because if you cutting with laser, the tolerance will make laser for you. If you want to cut for yourself i will give some advice i learned. In DWG or DXF file is some surface lines and they are separated to inner and outer lines. You need to firstly cut the inner surface lines and after outer lines for high quality result.

Disclaimer: this project/model is made specifically for 3mm plywood

Assembly manual:

1.Step 

1. Align the Panels – Take the four side panels and position them as shown in the diagram. Ensure that the slots and tabs are correctly oriented.
2. Slide the panels together - insure the panels are correctly oriented as shown in the diagram and carefully slide it in.

2.Step 

1. Align the base with the assembly - after you successfully made an assembly you can take the base and carefully slide in base to an assembly (because the laser tolerance you will need glue it to get it in temporally)

3.Step 

1. Align the assembly with the seiling - Align the assembly with the ceiling - follow the previous step as shown in the diagram

4.Step 

1. Assembly the roof - for this step you will need 4 roof parts, assemble the cut pieces as show in the diagram. Again be careful to not break the parts
2. The red markings - assembly points for later assembly
3.  final look - after you successfully assemble   the assembly you will ended up with this.:)

5.Step (final step )

1. Align the roof assembly with the base assembly - after you have got to the final position simply slide both assemblies together. You did it, enjoy your model!
