The stock spool mount on the Ender 3 V3 SE sits right on top of the printer, which I found caused vibrations and made the whole setup a bit wobbly. I came across this Z-Axis Reverse Bowden Mount but didn’t want to use the pneumatic fitting, so I remixed it into this press-fit version. I wasn’t happy with solutions for routing the filament from the top, so I designed a new top part, slightly elevated to leave room for very tall prints.
The two elements are connected with 40cm long 6mm in diameter (external) bowden tube.
