A family member asked me to design these for the windows of a 1980s home in the US. The original, clear plastic clips were breaking and they needed more than a dozen, so I set about designing these.
The clips hold in the bars (plastic or wood) that make the single window pane look like a bunch of small panes. These bars are properly known as “Muntin Bars” but are commonly referred to as “Mullions”.
Print them 100% solid with no support. Note: support for the small peg is already designed in, and is meant to be broken off.
The step file is included for remixing, but nowadays I slice the step files directly in Orca Slicer and the results are usually better than the STL.
PLA is fine, but PETG, ABS or any other material should be fine as well.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
