There is a fantastic model out there https://www.printables.com/model/615234-golf-pro-for-quest-33s by @pixel2 for adapting a golf club shaft to hold the Quest controller for playing golf games. My dad and I play almost daily and the one drawback from this setup was having to reach and find the joystick to teleport or pick up lost balls/fox hunt clues in Walkabout Minigolf. To that extent I created this lever to push or pull the stick without having to remove your hands from the club grip. It's a bit simple and crude with the modeling, but I tried to keep it as light weight as possible because the joystick has to be able to auto center itself without any resistance.
The only part that needs supports is the clamp (printed on its back), the rest will lay flat. The rods are press fit into the angled rod clamp and stay pretty snug. You can mirror the thumb rocker part if you would rather the rod be on the other side of the joystick, but I haven't found there to be much practical difference to one side vs the other. I sized the clamp ring to go around my grip so if you mount it lower (or have a different grip) you may have to shim it. The nut is ¼" size and I used a 1 1/2 " bolt.
