Knebel für Wrasenabzug von Functionica / Knob for extractor hood from Functionica

Dies ist ein Ersatzteil für die Knebel des Wrasenabzugs (Dunstabzugshaube) “Gusto” von Functionica, die mit den Jahren spröde werden und brechen. Dies ist keine Kopie, aber eine ziemlich genaue Nachbildung und stellt die Funktion wieder her und ist etwas robuster gehalten als das Original.

Dieses Modell funktioniert schon in PLA, PETG ist aber besser. Für Prusa MK4S mit MMU im Singlemodus gesliced, drucken mit 0,1 mm auf 0,4 mm Düse, mit Aufmalstützen.

Wichtig! Das Modell muss senkrecht stehen auf dem Druckbett! Nur dann sind die Biegelaschen richtig stabil und die Oberseite sieht hübsch aus, deshalb empfehle ich auch das Abheben des Modells von der Druckplatte sowie das Bügeln zu aktivieren.

This is a spare part/replacement for the knobs of an extractor hood “Gusto” from Functionica, because the originals get brittle over the years and break. This is not a copy, but a rather true recreation and is more sturdy than the original.

This model works with PLA, but PETG is better. Sliced for Prusa MK4S with MMU in single mode, print with .1 mm on .4 mm nozzle with paint-on supports.

Important! The model must stand upright on the printbed, because only then will the latches be really sturdy and the upper side gets pretty, which is also why I recommend lifting the model a bit from the bed, and to activate ironing.
