Originally I wanted to make a case for the brass insert and extraction tools from CNC Kitchen. I notice that a Tiny Bin 2x1 would hold all parts of the two kits. So I decided to make the holder fit in a 2x1 bin. This way you can place the CNC Kitchen kit with your assortment of inserts, or have a small case to keep it separate. Also, sometimes it's handy to have two bins in a small case. The two indents on the underside of the lid are because the two smaller insert heater tools are are just a bit too long.
The case prints without supports and only needs two M2x16 (or longer) screws and four round 3x2mm magnets. Make sure you use N52 magnets since they will hold the lid closed tight.
The author remixed this model.
This case holds two 1x1 or one 1x2 tiny bins. I also include a holder for the CNC Kitchen kit that is used to install brass inserts for 3D prints (Weller ET version). This holder also holds the insert extractor tool.
