This is an 'Overmold' style strain relief for 14 and 16 pin microfit connectors, commonly used for umbilical and FYSETC Catalyst toolhead PCBs. Use the 14 pin for common Umbilical (i.e. LDO), and the 16 pin one specific to Catalyst V1.

Specs:

The 7mm version is meant to be used with modified harnesses (i.e. most wires except the hotend has been switched to 28AWG). Use the 10mm version for a more generic bundle.

Printing:

This is meant to be printed out of TPU. Print it upright without supports. One tip I have is regarding layer time- using stock profiles, sometimes the wire pass-through at the top of the overmold prints poorly due to slow print speeds in this area. I found best success and most consistent prints if in your material settings, you turn off “Slow printing down for better layer cooling”. This prints each layer at sufficient speed such that layer adhesion remains strong.

Assembly:

This is a ‘zero tolerance’ part, so push it hard over the connector and it should snap in and remain there. If you need to remove it, my recommendation is to push a guitar pick or similar on the backside of the connector (opposite the clip), and then use a flat tip screwdriver on either the left or right side of the connector. You should be able to lift the overmold out.

Highly recommended to use appropriate heat shrink to keep the wire bundle together going through the overmold. Once assembled, use a larger diameter heat shrink or good electrical tape over the wire and overmold- this combination provides the appropriate strain relief.
