slim X axis tensioner - ender3 series

Small design flaw in my original model
new files are from march 28th 2025 
requires a full reprint, outer shell is incompatible with original model (the wheel is unchanged)

shell of the F634Z and F625Z  version had another flaw, now fixed May 2025
slider was good and unchanged.
At this point all models have been tested and working. sorry for the inconvenience

ender3/pro/v2/3max stock wheels or X rails

no print support

the thickness of the XZ stock plate is slightly different so there are two slightly different models for ender3max/3maxneo vs other ender3/pro/v2

The tensioner is only 20mm thick, so flush with the top/bottom of the extrusion, work with X wheels or X rails.
There is no bumper for x rails so make sure to set a X max in klipper.

Slider tolerance are tight, don't worry if it doesn't slide smoothly by hand, once under belt tensioner and opposite screw pulling it will slide just fine.

If you get some light squeaking on the pulley, add a tiny amount of grease on the inner wall of the GT2 pulley.

unless my previous design with M5 screw, this uses a 5x20mm dowel (if you get a cheap pack, the tolerance on those is hit or miss, so if one doesn't fit the GT2 20t pulley, try another, only happened with one)
(m4x20 dowel if using stock idler)
