Direct Drive Gearbox for ERCF V2

The standard geared drive for the ERCF V2 over complicated it for me. And the 188mm GT2 belt is notoriously difficult to find in South Africa, also did not want to pay a dollar or two for the belt and $50 plus for transport.

I also tried to make the changes with the minimum alteration of the ERCF V2 itself. So one new part (Direct Drive Nema 17 Mount), one modded part (Direct Drive Gearbox Back) and one modded but optional part ([a] Gearbox Top Panel)

For this Direct Drive mod you will need to source the following two parts:

A 625-2RS Deep Groove Ball Bearings, 5x16x5mm

And a Aluminium Plum Shaft Coupling 5mm to 5mm Bore L30xD25
