Aquael Multikani 800 organiser

I designed an organizer that allows you to attach an original 3w UV lamp and a water pump MK 800 to the body of the Multikani 800 filter. 

During filter maintenance, the devices can be easily removed by opening the clamp.

Parts that need to be glued together with super glue:

• UV lamp_platf1 + UV lamp_platf2
• Clamp 2.1  + Clamp 2.2
  • The entire part can be strengthened with an M3x25 Imbus bolt head (an M3 thread must be made into hole of the Clamp 2.1 part

BOM:

• M3x35 2 pcs (hinge, clamp)
• M3x30 1 pcs (clamp - must be made thread m3 Clamp 2.1) 
• M3x8  4pcs (UV lamp holdder)
• M4x10+ M4 square nut  4pcs (for fixing the water pump to the platform) 
• M3 Ruthex heat inserts (UV lamp_platf1,UV lamp_platf2, Ring1)

Bonus

Alternative Ring1 - instead of pump platform you can add an Aquael hose 14-18

I use this design and arrangement for a small 40l aquarium.

!!! Remember in this case, before setting-up the filter it is necessary to deliver water to the pump by sucking it in to the intake tube. Therefore, a T joint with a plug is placed on top of the filter.
