This is an adapter for old Prusament Spools, so that you can use BumbuLab Refills on it. First you need to cut the outer ring of the plastic spool. I used an old japenese saw, but switched later to a cnc milling machine. For attaching the spool to a piece of wood I used a seperate adapter and secured it with an M8 bolt, washer and nut. But doing it by hand is also just fine. Afterwards you can put the refill on the adapter and screw both sides to the adapter. You need to allign the holes, only 2 will fit.
The adapter screws in from both sides with four M3 x 8 screws. Four M3 heated inserts in total need to be melted in the part. You just need two per side on the opposite of each other.
For printing I opted for using as little material as possible.
