PUG toolheadboardmount for canbus and umbilical

What is it?

This is a partly reinforced toolheadboardmount for extruders with WWBMG mountingpoints. I have added a mount for the PUG to the side of the mount. I have added a hinge to one side of the PUG mount, eliminating the need for another screw, reducing weight und required materials. Its made for mountnig an Ebb36 and other toolheadboards with the same mountingpoints. Its sidemounted to fit into printes that dont have much room over the toolhead, like a Voron Trident.

BOM:

Tow voron standart (M3, 4mm lenght) heatsetinserts have to be installed, as seen in the pictures. 

How it works:

This is a print in place model, after printing carefully turn the outer part of the holder over, insert your PUG and secure it with the screw that also holds the toolheadboard.

Printing:

ABS/ASA, no support, 4 perimeters, 5 top/bottom layers, 40% infill. Make sure your tolerances are tuned in, or else the print in place hinge wont work!
