Make learning algebra hands-on and engaging with this Montessori-inspired bracket expansion puzzle!
This physical representation of algebra was designed for upper elementary students (grades 4-6). The purpose is to use physical shapes to represent the bracket expansion formula:
(A+B) × (C+D) =
(A×C) + (A×D) + (B×C) + (B×D)
How It Works:
The color-coded blocks fit snugly into the base but can be removed and rearranged, allowing students to physically interact with each term of the equation.
The base has
Printer Used: Bambulab X1 Carbon
Material: PLA filament
Settings: 15% infill, 3 walls
Color Printing: Recommended for better differentiation and text readability, but a single-color print should work well!
