Production:

  1. 3D Print the following parts
    1. Drawer Label Back & Front (2 parts)
      • Layer Height: 0.2mm
      • Infill: 15%
      • Wall Loops: 2
      • Support: No
    2. Drawer Label Top Spacer (1 Part)
      • Layer Height: 0.2mm
      • Infill: 10%
      • Wall Loops: 2

Post Processing:

  1. Using the Gorilla Glue Gel Super Glue, glue the front and back parts of the label housing together. Make sure to use a small amount of glue on the tabs only. Any glue that gets on the rest of their label housing will not allow for the paper to be slid in.
  2. Once the housing glue has cured, use an X-Acto knife to score the back of the label housing to bolster adhesion when glued to drawer face.
