This is a 3d print design to build your TPU.

I will include later a Raspberry PI PICO firmware to handle from 3 to 8 PWM to handle the coil sections of the TPU.

Instruction will be updated until I finish all test.

  1. First print without Support both the TOP and BASE.
  2. You will need to put a SOFT IRON WIRE in the center, only one loop, I use 12GA (2mm diameter), SM was using 18GA supposedly, use what you GOT for now it is not important.
  3. Wrap a multistrand wire copper (lamp wire like and about 64/72 inch) around all the metal wire, this is the output coil. One side of the metal wire (CORE) need to be connected to the output coil.
  4. Wrap each 4 coils using the same type of wire (multistrand) (2 wires) at the time like in the photo
