My wife wanted a yarn spooler tall enough to hold her 10-inch yarn spools she gets from crafting and hobby stores, she also wanted with a hook on top so she could hang it when traveling or not in use. I searched what others have made but didn't find any tall enough, so I made a very simple tall one for her to use. The main body spooler will print in two parts in the 3mf file that will need to be glued together if you are like me and limited by 250mm printer height, and then the second piece just slides on top. The default print profile has supports for the eye of the tall piece and a brim, but other than that no other supports are needed. If you have a printer capable of more than 250mm height, then you can print the stl's directly.
This is my second model I have made, so I am still learning, please let me know if anything I can do to improve the design. Thanks and I hope others find it useful. Step and stl files are included if someone would like to make alterations to it.
