This housing fits Generation 3 Shelly devices and has external dimensions of 5cm x 10cm x 2cm.

Inside the enclosure you can fit a Shelly 1, Dimmer, RGBW2, 1PM, 2PM, Plus or any other Gen3 device in this form factor (~42cm x 38cm x 17cm). You can find an overview in their catalogue: https://www.shelly.com/collections/all-products

For cables and distributors there are niches for WAGO 221 terminals. A lower slot for a 3-pin terminal block and for a 5-pin terminal block. They are held in place by the cover and the lips. This allows them to be moved easily and conveniently during installation, while they remain firmly in place when the cover is closed.
This should fulfil all distribution and connection requirements directly in this housing.

There are 6 through holes in the enclosure with a diameter of 3.5 mm, which can be used to fix the cover or to mount the entire enclosure on a flat surface.
The holes are conical so that they fit the countersunk screws. The diameter of the holes is designed so that 3 mm threaded inserts can be welded in.

Print this with 3 outer walls for stability in the fixing holes and robustness. No support structures are needed. Print the cover with the top faceing down.

Sand down the top of the bottom as seen in the photos to get a nice flush top surface. This avoids any gaps due to top layer bulging.

Flame retardant materials should be used if available. Pure PETG is also fine.

Avoid carbon fibre reinforced material for electrical enclosures at all costs as these are conductive!
