Winch Stop

This is a very simplified version of a winch stop to help protect the winch and fairlead from damage. It's designed to be printed in one piece out of TPU with no supports, and allow the winch cable to slip inside without any hardware. Final results will vary based on the durometer of the filament and print settings.

I used some (very old) Sain Smart TPU which is a little softer than I would like, but it gets the job done. See pictures to see the deformation under load.

My Print settings:

• TPU - The firmer the durometer the better
• More infill % will result in a stiffer part. My favorite so far has been 50% gyroid infill with 4 walls. 
• 0.2 layer height (0.4mm nozzle)
• No Supports
• Speeds, temps, brim etc depend on your printer and filament.
