I've been using this clip by toolson for tucking cables into the extrusion on my Ender 5: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:832279
I couldn't find a cable tie one that worked for me so I tweaked this one. First version I made (top in photo) too wide so it was so stiff it wouldn't fit. A quick mod and all was good.
Just printed on standard settings in PLA, flat as in the Cura image rather than the Fusion 360 image. 3mm slot takes up to 2.8mm wide cable tie.
Edit: Added a STEP file exported from Fusion 360. Can't check how good it is till I get to work on Monday and get it into Solidworks.
