Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, S25 Ultra, S25 FE cases (TPU or PLA)

Galaxy S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra cases, to be printed in TPU or PLA of your choice. These models are based on official 3d models from Samsung and have 0.2 mm clearance around the phones.

Edit on 2 Feb 2025: USB opening increased to 6.4x12.6 to fit bulkier cables.

Edit on 3 Feb 2025: Thanks to Karl for the feedback. The S25 top mic holes are updated to fit the actual phone. Added S25 “PLA” model, designed to be printed not from TPU, but rigid material like PLA or PETG.

Edit on 4 Feb 2025: Added S25 Plus and Ultra “PLA” models, designed to be printed not from TPU, but rigid material like PLA or PETG. S25 Ultra: enlagred main cameras holes with 0.2 mm, updated top mics positions, based on feedback. USB port has smaller radius.

Edit on 9 Feb 2025: Added MagSafe models. Stop the print after 1 mm and insert a metal ring with Dout 55 mm, Din 45 mm and 0.5 mm thickness.

Edit oon 30 May 2025: Added S25 Edge case. Slice the model in two at 2.5 mm and print as two separate parts. Then glue the camera guard to the case.

Edit on 20 Oct 2025: Added S25 FE case for TPU.
