HW1

Asteroid (8567) 1996 HW1 - hereafter referred to as HW1 - was discovered on 23 April 1996 by T. Gehrels as part of the Spacewatch survey at Steward Observatory. HW1 is in the Amor class of near-Earth asteroids (NEAs) with a semimajor axis a = 2.046 AU and perihelion distance q = 1.128 AU.
