Einlage Filament Aufbewahrung / Filament storage insert

Eine dreiteilige Einlage mit Durchmesser 30cm. Ich nutze Sie um mein Filament trocken zu lagern. Einfach etwas SilicaGel in den Eimer, und Einlage mit dazu. So liegen die Filamentspulen nicht direkt auf den SilicaGelKugeln. Damit erreiche ich 15% - 20% relative Luftfeuchte in den Eimern (Umgebung liegt bei 50% - 60% bei uns im Keller). Auserdem ist noch ein Halter für einen Hygrometer mit dabei um auch immer die Luftfeuchte im Blick zu haben. Hier habe ich einfach ein Große Unterlegscheibe in die entsprechende Aussparung im Halter eingeklebt um das Hygrometer dann per Magnet daran zu befestigen.

Zur Montage der Einlage braucht Ihr 6 Schrauben M4x10 samt Muttern.

Zur Montage des Halters für den Hygrometer braucht Ihr eine Schraube M4x10 samt Mutter und eine Unterlegscheibe D20mm x 1mm 

Gedruckt wurden alles auf einem MK4S in PETG im Profil 0,2mm Structural. Stützmaterial braucht Ihr nur ein klein wenig für die Mutter des Halters vom Hygrometer.

A three-part insert with a diameter of 30cm. I use it to keep my filament dry. Just put some silica gel in the bin and add the insert. This way the filament spools are not lying directly on the silica gel balls. This allows me to achieve 15% - 20% relative humidity in the bin (the ambient humidity is 50% - 60% in our basement). There is also a holder for a hygrometer so that I can always keep an eye on the humidity. Here I simply glued a large washer into the corresponding recess in the holder so that the hygrometer can then be attached to it with a magnet.

To mount the insert you need 6 M4x10 screws and nuts.

To mount the holder for the hygrometer you need a screw M4x10 with nut and a washer D20mm x 1mm

Everything was printed on an MK4S in PETG with a 0.2mm structural profile. You only need a little bit of support material for the nut of the hygrometer holder.
