I used the already modified main plate, which prevents the filament from getting stuck. I added protection for the load-dell sensor, which can be damaged when the filament is wound on the gear.

Reason: Getting the filament stuck and wound on the gear can damage the unprotected loadcell sensor. See pics.

Notes:

  • You can add a thin aluminium plate to form an additional layer of protection. But it is not strictly necessary.
  • I also added a part to print the sealing. I used fibrelogy fiberflex 30D. The ring is a bit smaller, stretch it with your fingers if needed.
  • Use PCCF material to print the part! Do not use PETG or other materials. It must be strong and temperature resistant!
