I don't know about anyone else, but I have a terrible habit of accidentally pressing buttons on this remote more than any remote I've ever used before. The case has slightly raised edges along the sides, not too high to get in the way, but just enough to avoid most accidental button presses. The case also includes a slot for an Apple Airtag so you'll never lose your remote ever again!

The case uses a friction fit to keep the remote and airtag in place. Simply insert the Airtag first, then slide the top of the remote into the bottom of the case. As the remote gets into position it will get more difficult to slide it into place. Once the remote is most of the way through I placed the bottom of the remote on a table, gripped the bottom half of the case (as it is the most robust), and pushed the case onto the remote. This should not take much effort, it's possible to insert the remote fully by hand, but I found it difficult to get the ends of the remote flush with the case if you do.

This model prints without supports. Use a brim to help keep it stable.

I used 100% infill for strength.

0.15mm layer height.

The area indicated by the blue circle in my last picture might need some light sanding for the airtag to fit properly (takes about 30 seconds), this is due to the printer having to print slightly over air in that location.
