Hi. This is a model of Transformers G1 Sureshot's spoiler. I made it from photo reference and measurements of the rest of the toy. It's looks pretty close to the original, but I'm sure there are quite a few small differences.
Since PLA doesn't bend like injection-molded plastic, attaching the spoiler's tabs to the robot's pegs is a risky proposition. If you're confident in your dexterity (or don't mind possibly snapping a tab and re-printing), orienting the tabs on the Z axis will give you the cleanest print.
Orienting the tabs on the X or Y axis (see screencap) will give you the best flexibility, at the cost of having to do some cleanup work on the visible edge of the wings. Depending on orientation, you may also have to print the tab separately and glue it on.
