The iconic Kreative-Tonie figure as a large shelf for the collection and the Toniebox!
In a particularly sturdy and child-friendly design with rounded edges and at the same time very high stability and low filament consumption.

UPDATE:
Now the shelf will also fit for the new Toniebox 2. Therefore you'll find 2 new files for the updates base plates.

The figure alone offers space for up to 20 Tonie figures. If the base plate for the box is also printed (optional), a further 5 figures will fit on it.

To ensure that the figures hold magnetically on the pedestals, a washer is inserted from behind and fixed in place with a drop of glue. 5 identical disks are also printed in the base plate (a pause is necessary for insertion in the print): 20 mm diameter and max. 1.25 mm thicker (M4x20)! All parts are plugged in. I recommend adding some glue for a better and more secure hold (note: do not glue the ears to the adapter so that the wall screws remain accessible).

The shelf can be screwed to the wall with invisible brackets. Suitable for 4.5-5.0 mm countersunk screws. Three screws are required for the figure and one more for the base plate.

If the base plate is not printed, the figure can be neatly closed at the bottom with two covers.

ATTENTION:
There are 2 versions of the shelf, for the original one
a printer with at least 250x250mm print bed is required! In the second version with the designation 18x18, the body is divided into 2 parts and the head into 4 parts so that the shelf can also be printed on a printer with a 180x180mm print bed.

A finished BambuLab file is already included in the download. The pictures show the original file for the large printer, the 18x18 version has additional visible connecting lines.

The figure alone has a height of 55.5 cm, a width of 40 cm and a depth of 8.6 cm.
This requires 1,030 g of filament.

If the base plate is also printed, the total dimensions are 57 cm x 42 cm x 14 cm.
A total of 1,370 g of filament is then required.

When printing the 18x18 version, about 100g more filament is required for the additional connectors. The printing time is extended by approx. 20%.

PRINT SETTINGS

Body and head:
- 3 contours
- 0.24 mm layer height
- 8 base and top layers
- 15% infill

All other parts:
- 2 contours
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 6 base and top layers
- 15% infill

The surfaces of both base plates should be ironed. All plug connections that are in the air and the wall attachment on the body must be supported.

Otherwise, all parts are optimally aligned directly and with the visible side on the panel.

Die ikonische Figur der Kreative-Tonie als großes Regal für die Sammlung und die Toniebox!
In einer besonders stabilen und kindgerechten Ausführung mit abgerundeten Kanten bei gleichzeitig sehr hoher Stabilität und wenig Filament-Verbrauch.

UPDATE:
Das Regal passt nun auch für die neue Toniebox 2. Dafür findest du 2 neue Dateien für die aktualisierten Bodenplatten.

Die Figur alleine bietet Platz für bis zu 20 Tonie-Figuren. Wenn die Bodenplatte für die Box mit gedruckt wird (optional), dann passen weitere 5 Figuren darauf. 

Damit die Figuren magnetisch auf den Podesten halten, wird von hinten eine Unterlagscheibe eingesteckt und mit einem Tropfen Kleber fixiert. In der Boden platte werden 5 identische Scheiben mit eingedruckt (hierfür ist eine Pause zum Einlegen im Druck notwendig): 20 mm Durchmesser und max. 1,25 mm Stärker (M4x20)! Alle Teile werden gesteckt. Ich empfehle zusätzlich etwas Kleber für einen besseren und sicheren Halt (Achtung: Die Ohren nicht am Adapter festkleben, damit die Wandschrauben erreichbar bleiben!).

Das Regal kann mit unsichtbaren Halterungen an die Wand geschraubt werden. Passend für 4,5-5,0 mm Senkkopfschrauben. Für das die Figur werden 3 Schrauben benötigt, für die Bodenplatte eine weitere.

Wird die Bodenplatte nicht gedruckt, kann die Figur unten mit zwei Covern sauber verschlossen werden.
 

ACHTUNG!
Es gibt 2 Versionen des Regales, für die originale ist
ist ein Drucker mit min. 250x250mm Druckbett notwendig! Bei der zweiten mit der Bezeichnung 18x18 ist der Körper in 2 Teile geteilt und der Kopf in 4 Teile, damit das Regal auch auf einem Drucker mit 180x180mm Druckbett gedruckt werden kann.

Eine fertige BambuLab-Datei ist jeweils bereits im Download enthalten. Die Bilder zeigen die originale Datei für den großen Drucker, die 18x18 Version hat zusätzliche sichtbare Verbindungslinien.

Alle anderen Teile:

- 6 Boden- und Deckschichten

Die Oberflächen der beiden Bodenplatte sollten gebügelt werden. Alle Steckverbindungen die sich in der Luft befinden, sowie die Wandbefestigung am Körper müssen gestützt werden.

Ansonsten sind alle Teile direkt optimal ausgerichtet und mit der Sichtseite auf der Platte.
