Sunlu S2 Base Stabilizer

A stabilizer plate mounts beneath the Sunlu S2 filament dryer to prevent it from tipping. The plate was printed in ASA filament at a 0.2 mm layer height using a 0.4 mm nozzle. To install, remove the original screws from the bottom of the dryer and replace them with longer ones to secure the stabilizer plate in place. Importantly, the screws must be pre-installed in the stabilizer plate and visually inspected to ensure they do not extend more than 4–8 mm through the plate’s holes, preventing contact with the heating element.

If you need the Sunlu dryer to be even more stable, use the version with a wider base. It can also be secured with a screw or clamp to the surface on which it rests.
