Our kitty litter is in our laundry, but rather than leave the door open all the time, I thought we would make them their own arch.

New house build, standard internal doors, the bottom seems to be thick wood, and the rest of the door is reinforced with cardboard.  I designed this arch to support the thin plywood skin of the door, you can see how the parts assemble and reinforce the surface, with the bolts going through to sandwich it all.

I printed the arch leaned back at 45 degrees how the file is, supports will help keep the arch clean, or use the pre done support piece for the main part and slicer supports for the other part that is horizontal, you'll be able to see what I mean in the slicer, print the pre done support with minimal or no infill and only one perimeter.

Check the files and the thickness of your door, adjust as necessary, and good luck.

Requires 4 x M5 x 45 or 50 cap head bolts and nuts.
