Crality K1 fan duct for 5015 blower fan.

The original k1 blower fan was giving a lot of vibrations at high speeds, which was loud and whats worse the vibration was visible on surface of prints, the 5015 blower fan has way less vibration.

You don't loose any build volume with this fan duct. Print in orientation as on picture, supports only needed where shown.

It's a remix of two models:

Took the duct from model below made it easier to print with less supports and relocated the mounting hole, so that it fits the blower fan I was using :

Took the spring plate from model below and made a top mount for the fan with convenient place to locate the mosfet which is attached with the bolt holding the top of the fan:

You'll need:

1x 5015 blower fan, I've used Sunon 5015 24V 0.41A Maglev PN: MF50152VX-1L02C-A99, I've also tried some other generic 5015 fan before, but it was not performing very well, this one is much better.

2x M3 heat inserts, one for the spring plate (top mount of the fan) and one for the blower fan (duct attaches to it)

2x M3 bolts, I've used 20mm and 6mm bolts.

1x N-channel field-effect transistor (MOSFET) for 2 wire fans. I've used N-Channel Mosfet - FQP50N06 -50A/60V

1x JST 1.25 4pin connector with wires (I've had 5 pin connector so just trimmed one side of it to fit into the 4 pin plug)

I've also used one JST XH 2.54 3Pin Battery Plug Female & Male connector (used for balance plug for 2s batteries) for easier connection of the mosfet but it's not needed you can simply solder wires directly. I've removed pins from the male connector, drilled them out and put the mosfet prongs (after trimming them) where the original pins were and glued it together. Female connector attaches to it easily.

You'll also need to make a change in printer.cfg file for [output_pin fan0], change cycle_time to 0.1000:

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I've made the cooling duct easier to print with less supports and relocated the mounting hole, so that it fits the blower fan I was using, I couldn't get the originally provided top mount tohold the fan so used the spring plate from another duct and made some modifications to it so the fan can be attached to it.
