This is a training barrel designed based on measurements from the M&P 2.0 Compact 4" barrel. It is designed so that it fits in the place of the original barrel and does not allow a round to be chambered. The color of the filament used will show from the chamber as well as the end of the barrel, signaling that the gun it is installed in is confirmed as “safe” from a visual inspection. You can lock the slide back, release it, reset your trigger, etc. It's a good idea to break it in a little.
As always, treat all firearms as if they are loaded and follow all gun safety rules. Your safety is your responsibility :)

PETG, PLA+, (PLA can work too)
Print with right (ejecting) side facing down, and turn on support. You could also print it standing up, but it will take longer and could break along the layer lines. I used a brim, 3 walls, 3 top/bottom layers at 0.2mm. Go slow for the first 30 or so layers if your bed adhesion isn't super good. I adjusted the tolerances to fit without a ton of post-processing, but you may need a deburring tool for cleaning supports and maybe some light sanding if the fit is too tight
There are versions with and without a hole in the barrel.
Please post makes and provide feedback so the design can be improved as needed
