Netzteilabdeckung Neptun 4 plus für 92mm Lüfter / Power supply cover Neptun 4 plus for 92mm fan

Ich habe die Netzteilabdeckung von “edl” (https://www.printables.com/model/763153-power-supply-fan-noise-abatement-ideas-and-a-noctu ) abgeändert, da sie nicht problemlos auf das Netzteil passte, das in meinem Neptun 4 plus verbaut ist und weil mir die Wandstärken von 1,0 mm doch zu dünn waren. 
 

Als Spannungsregler habe einen kleinen DC/DC Dropdown Regler ( https://www.ebay.de/itm/156610693884 ) verwendet den in den Deckel geklebt habe. Der Lüfter (Noctua NF-A9x14) läuft mit ca. 8V und so kaum noch hörbar.

Den Steckerkörper habe ich vom originalen Stecker genommen und die Kontakte des originalen Lüfters ausgepinnt. Somit musste ich das Kabel nicht abschneiden (wegen der Garantie wollte ich das vermeiden ;-) )

Das Modell auf den Bildern ist aus PLA mit einer Schichtdicke von 0,2 mm gedruckt

Nachtrag (30.01.2025):
Die Netzteilabdeckung guckt ca. 5mm aus dem Netzteil heraus. Diese 5mm habe ich mit zusätzlichen Gerätefüßen aus TPU (Shore 82A) ausgeglichen. Die STL-Datei habe ich eben hinzugefügt (Höherlegung_5mm.stl).

Ich lade euch jetzt noch die Datei Deckel_Druckversion2_plus_5mm.stl hoch, diese Abdeckung steht 5mm nach unten aus dem Netzteil heraus.

I modified the power supply cover from ‘edl’ (https://www.printables.com/model/763153-power-supply-fan-noise-abatement-ideas-and-a-noctu ) because it didn't fit easily on the power supply that is installed in my Neptun 4 plus and because the wall thickness of 1.0 mm was too thin for me.

I used a small DC/DC drop-down regulator (https://www.ebay.de/itm/156610693884) glued into the lid as a voltage regulator. The fan (Noctua NF-A9x14) runs at approx. 8V and is barely audible.

I took the plug body from the original plug and pinned out the contacts of the original fan. This meant I didn't have to cut the cable (I wanted to avoid this because of the warranty ;-) )

The model in the pictures is printed from PLA with a layer thickness of 0.2 mm

Addendum (30/01/2025):
The power supply cover protrudes approx. 5mm from the power supply. I have compensated for this 5mm with additional TPU (Shore 82A) feet. I have just added the STL file (Höherlegung_5mm.stl)

A thousand apologies! I uploaded the wrong file back then. :-)
I am now uploading the file Deckel_Druckversion2_plus_5mm.stl. This cover protrudes 5 mm downwards from the power supply unit.

Hauptsächliche Änderungen sind:

• Grundplatte einen Millimeter dicker, Seitenwände 0,5mm dicker
• Befestigungslöcher vergrößert um die Noctua Gummibefestigungen verwenden zu können
• Ausschnitte an den Seitenwänden, da diese gegen die "Kühlkörperbereiche" und gegen zwei nach innen ragende Anschläge stießen.

The main changes are:

Base plate one millimetre thicker, side panels 0.5mm thicker
Mounting holes enlarged to be able to use the Noctua rubber mounts
Cut-outs on the side panels, as these were against the ‘heat sink areas’ and against two stops projecting inwards.
