Cable Guide – Misumi 8 Series Aluminum Extrusion

Remixed Clifmeister to suite the dimensions of standard misumi 8 series rail (HSF8-8080 in my case).

Step provided in case you want to make edits.

There is a file with 3 clips stacked vertically with 1mm gap between each. When combined with snug supports they print perfectly and allow easy “scale” production. 

Should comfortably be able to run 120units over night with a mk4s this way.

Printing with standard bambu PLA has worked well and after 10 cycles of mounting and dismounting there hasn't been any issues yet. 

Changed the profile slightly for misumi rails, added fillets and chamfers for intentionality of design, kept bottom flat for printability.
