A colleague requested a replacement for his kid's broken SNAP click-on fender connecter-thingy. Don't know what they're called. Only thing I know is that it's supposed to fit a WOOM bike.
edit: now it's been tested I can tell that it's a perfect fit. Let's see how long it will stay in good condition.
This was printed in PA12 on a SLS machine. It's not optimized for FDM printing - also due to the internal thread (M4). With FDM you'll probably have to post-process the thread a bit with a thread-cutter or maybe just a M4 screw (taptite). Material-wise maybe some PET, PC or PA would work here. Hard to tell. Original one is very stiff and maybe even fiber-glass enforced. As always: print hot and slow for best layer adhesion.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
