The Delack enclosure has a skirt available for boosting the height. When used with a paver or MMU3 it works fine, but with both it was a little too close for my liking. The regular skirt also does not have mounting holes for the top acrylic piece, so a simple rotation wouldn't work.
This redesign allows for both a paver and an MMU3 to be used with enough height to spare. In addition, it provides extra support to the top acrylic piece, allowing for extra weight on top with less flexing.
Individual pieces clip together using the existing skirt clips from the bottom skirt. Would recommend printing with a brim and possibly mouse ears due to the large nature of the model and sharper corners giving it a tendency to lift. Parts are designed to print ‘upside down’ and with no supports.
