Print two of these to pass 4" ducting (Like the AC Infinity 4" ducting I used) through an enclosure wall for a 3D printer, laser etcher, etc… There are grooves to put adhesive foam tape in for a better seal; the foam tape stands slightly proud of the surface to be compressed via 4x M3 screws. The holes are interference holes for M3 screws (length will depend on your enclosure material).
This was used in conjunction with a 7.5" HEPA filter holder:
I printed these out of PLA with 3 walls, 3 top shells, 3 bottom shell, 15% grid infil and they came out pretty much one solid piece of plastic. After 5mo of use, I'm uploading this as a success.
No supports were necessary. Overall, fairly easy/benign print.
