Old Man Mountain Divide Rack Light Mount

The Old Man Mountain Divide rack doesn't have a particularly good way to attach a light, especially when panniers are installed.

I wanted to clear the deck space as much as possible, and I found that Printables user @obfuscurity_256722 had designed the perfect model, but unfortunately OMM had made a revision to the construction of the rack between his and my purchase. So I redesigned in the same style, just with new spacing.
