This is a replacement insert for a Ryobi 12" miter saw. The saw is quite old and I couldn't find this part to either buy or download, so I made this. Maybe someone else will find it useful. It may fit other Ryobi models, I have no idea.
I printed with both PETG and PLA, both were fine. There is a solid version for you to cut a kerf and a version with a 4mm kerf cut out. It is a little longer than 10" so I had to angle it on my printer for it to fit. You should print at 100% fill or close to it. This will give you a tight zero clearance plate on the non-kerf version (until you have to make a bevel cut anyway) . It takes about an hour and uses around 45g filament on the P1S.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
