Print:

Support free, and easy print! Print 2 of each. Printed .4 nozzle, 60 % cubic infill, 3 walls. Should work with most materials.

Install:

Put one in each corner. Install on top of bed carriage facing downward with springs/spacers on top of the clips, so that the thumbs interact with the wheels.

Testing and Printer Compatibility:

Tested in PLA and PETG, with stock springs, yellow springs, and silicone spacers. Tested on Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, and Voxelab Aquila (Ender 3 v2 clone).  Tested for about 2 months now and still working great. Have not tried any other printers, so let me know! Made in Tinkercad so you can remix it with relative ease!

Use:

Lift up tabs and spin wheels freely for big adjustments, and click the wheels against the tabs for small adjustments.
These let you release the tension on the bed springs and minimize warping while still holding a consistent level over time. Pretty much set it and forget it bed leveling. When I do have to level, the clip thumbs click against the wheels, making for easy and consistent adjustments.

These had me switch from glass and glue to spring steel PEI, without any need for auto bed leveling systems like a BLTouch. They really made a magnetic spring steel PEI bed work great and carefree. I linked my preferred build surfaces below.

Inspiration:

I got these sweet bed leveling wheel clips designed by monsieurglad on thingiverse, for my kingroon kp3s printer, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4893883
I had never thought of a bed leveling solution like that before! Genius!
I saw in the comments someone asking for them for the Ender3. I searched and found a dead link on Thingiverse, and it had been reposted on Cults3d: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/heavy-duty-ender-3-bed-leveling-wheel-detent-clips . Those have a good looking layout and thumb concept, but require supports to print and did not work exactly how I wanted, so I designed these!

I think these could become a standard on new printers!

I put them on all my printers at least!

Please download them from Prusa Printers, but also here is the link to the tinkercad so you can modify and adapt them to your own printer!  https://www.tinkercad.com/things/69ceT8qP3fd

Please post your remixes linked to this page if you would be so kind! Thank you!

Enjoy!
