I recently purchased a brand new Ridgid Tile Saw R4041S and was unhappy on how well the table tracked in respect to the blade.
Then I found this post replacing the bearings with some cheap bearings off amazon and it got me thinking, I think I can make something better.

So with that being said, I use simple roller-skate bearings and 3d printed the other parts and now its 1/32 of a inch over 3ft, which is a lot better than what it was out of the box.
I printed mine in Hatchbox Orange PETG 6 walls for strength, I also included a additional right side support that I have yet to make and try out but thought I would share it as well.
