Garmin Fenix 8 - Case / Hülle (47mm)

In addition to the screen protector on the display, I wanted to protect the watch all around while wearing it.
It’s not a full-fledged protection, but it does prevent the most significant scratches.
The case absorbs light impacts; however, since the case is rather delicate, the lower attachment point of the case might break. But a new one can be printed in about 30 minutes.

P.S. I know I have the Sapphire/Titanium version, but I still want to protect this expensive watch—at least for the first few months. ;)

I’ve always printed my previous ones with PLA. However, there might be more suitable materials. I’ll have to try that sometime. :)

Nebst der Folie auf dem Display wollte ich die Uhr beim Tragen noch rundherum schützen.
Es ist kein vollwertiger Schutz, hält allerdings die gröbsten Kratzer ab.
Leichte Schläge hält das Gehäuse aus. Da das Gehäuse allerdings eher filigran ist, kann es sein, dass die untere Befestigung vom Gehäuse abbricht – ein neues ist jedoch in ca. 30 Minuten gedruckt.

P.S. Ich weiß, ich habe die Sapphire-/Titan-Version, aber ich möchte die doch relativ teure Uhr dennoch etwas schützen – zumindest in den ersten Monaten. ;)

Meine bisherigen Gehäuse habe ich immer mit PLA gedruckt. Eventuell gibt es allerdings geeignetere Materialien. Das muss ich einmal ausprobieren. :)
