Brocade ICX 6450-C12-PD Switch Rackmount Ears

I needed rack ears for my brocade switch. The other models I found were too flimsy and twisted under the weight of the switch over time. I designed these to be a little more resilient. They may still twist over time, but I won't know until they've done some time in the rack.

My printing settings:

Layer Height: 0.3

Line Width: 0.5

Wall Loops: 5

Top Shell Layers: 5

Bottom Shell Layers: 5

Sparse Infill Density: 35%

Sparse Infill Pattern: Gyroid

Overture Red PETG matched the red accent in the switch pretty closely.

The sharp ends of the radius will be shortened by the slicer. I left them sharp so smaller line widths could be used. Let the slicer do its thing, no need to adjust, they print just fine.

Brocade Logo:

The ears feature a brocade logo silhouette that you can slice out of the model if you wish. Setting to do so are below, or you can simply slice the very first layer off (0.2mm):

To print the logo in Orca:

Slice gap closing radius: 0
Only one wall on first layer: Checked

To remove the logo:

Slice gap closing radius: 0.08 or higher
Only one wall on first layer: Your preference

You might also want to try adjusting the direction for your solid infill, if I printed it again, I'd change it to either 0 or 90 to contrast with the angles of the logo.

Fits my ICX 6450-C12-PD perfectly, and should fit the ICX 6430-C12 just as well. I'm not sure about the ICX 7150-C12 - dimensions are similar, but not sure about the radius and mounting holes.
