Magnetic Bench Adapter for Shop Vacuum

I designed this to help keep my shop vac mouth in position while I'm sanding or cutting parts up. I was previously using ratchet clamps to keep it on, but I couldn't change the mouth's position. It kept getting in the way, and it wasn't at the perfect angle.
