Omnium Cargo v3 Storage Triangle

This small triangular storage box was designed for my Omnium Cargo bike (v3). This is my first time using Fusion 360. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve the design.

  • I'm not sure how consistent Omnium's bike frames are and if this will fit yours. Please let me know if this works on the wifi or other versions. You can take measurements from this file to get a better idea if you need to do any scaling to fit your bike. If you do please upload as a remix.
• Test Piece
  • Print this with a non-flexible filament to test snugness. There is zero offset from the container to frame because I wanted a snug fit when printing with TPU.

  • Lid
  • Body

Print Settings

• Your mileage may vary but on my Ender 3 v2 (stock except for the PEI magnetic build plate) I was able to use the following settings:
  • UltiMaker Cura
    • Generic TPU 95A
    • Standard Quality Profile
      • Nozzle: 235
      • Bed: 40
      • I'm not sure what else I may have changed.
    • I made sure to move my seams to the bottom of the container and make sure they don't line up from the body to the lid to not interfere with the press fit closure.
