MMU3 Auto Rewinder mount for the Prusa enclosure, to use without drybox

As I don't curently have the time and materials to build the (un)original drybox, but still wanted to use the auto rewinder, I designed this to attach the rewinder to the Prusa enclosure without the box.

You also need to print 5 of these PTFE holders, which I can't include here due to licensing differences.

New parts include:

1.  Mounts to snap the spoolholder assembly on the enclosure's lid. The spoolholder assembly is easily removable, but will stay on when opening the lid, to an extent.
2. Snap-on holders for the PTFE tubes. I cut a few of the PTFE tubes that were included with the MMU3 in half-ish.
3. (Optional) Numbers to identify the spools. You need a functional MMU3 setup to print these.
4. (Optional) Caps for the ends of the rods (18mm version only)

I made parts for both 18mm and 20mm rods, but only tested the 18mm version.
