A mount to use an EBB42-style square toolhead board with the Galileo 2 extruder on the Voron Stealthburner. Compatible with original G2E parts and the original CB-G2 cable gland mount. I've included a modified cable gland mount with slightly looser thread tolerances and a zip tie cutout (green in CAD screenshot).
xxx42 boards are slightly too large for the rear door on the CB-G2, but using the attached STEP file to create a compatible door shouldn't be too difficult. The CB-G2 cable cover should work but I haven't tested it. JosAr's cable cover from the Galileo 2 repo is what's in use in the photo.
BOM for the pictured setup is mostly the same as the CB-G2. Uses 4 heatsets instead of 2 hex nuts to attach the board to its mount. Hardware for the rear door not listed.
The author remixed this model.
Modified JosAr's xxx42 board to fit the CB-G2's cable gland mount.
Loosened tolerances of the PG7 thread on the CB-G2 gland, added a cutout for a zip tie and modeled the text “PG7”.
