This is a parameter-driven Fusion 360 file to create custom covers for your Union Flite Pro or Rosa snowboard bindings. They should fit years 2020 to 2025+. The covers from Union are flawed - they spin too freely and can get snow under them, making them pop up.
These covers have two additional pegs to go into the (unused) holes, preventing them from turning. However, this also means they must be customized to the angle you have set your bindings at, hence the (single) parameter. Use fusion (Modify → Change Parameters) to change the angle (default is 0 degrees) to match your snowboard binding angles. I've also included 3mf files for angles in 3 degree increments from -30 to +30 degrees. I used the parametric text plugin to emboss the angle into the bottom as well.
This is a little thicker than the one Union provides, hence the need for the recesses for the heads of the screws.
Print face-down on the bed, no supports required.
I printed these on a Prusa Mini with Polymaker Polymax Tough PLA.
